Is there a way to export Ticket contents?

Hi all,


I am trying to export all my ticket data but I could not manage exporting ticket contents (like the messages in a support ticket from the customers and corresponding responses of them from our support team). 


Any Suggestions?

    Hello Arda,


    You can export the complete account information including ticket conversations from the Admin -> Account section if you're the account admin. You can click on the Export now button to get the entire data in your account which includes your tickets, solutions, forums and the list of customers in the form of XML.
