In our automatic reply we send to customers we include several frequently asked questions and the webpages where they might find the answer they are looking for.


If they do, we want to give the customer the option to click on a link (or button) that is included in the e-mail which closes the ticket immediately. That is, without first having to visit the public URL of the ticket. 


Is something like this possible? If so, how?
