Hi,

The link on the page "example.freshdesk.com/admin/email_configs" pointing to to "SPF record", on the right sidebar, is broken.

Its probably pointing to an old url.

Thanks,

Atimoda

And it still is.

Still broken. What are the spf records that we need?

Add, do not replace anything, to your spf record. This is the same one you use to login and check tickets. Your "main" freshdesk url. It worked for me at least.

Include:<your freshdesk domain>

ex:

include:abc.freshdesk.com

another

include:jimssupport.freshdesk.com

Hi,

You could configure DKIM in your FreshDesk account which will also take care of the SPF records.

When you configure DKIM some DNS entries will be displayed that need to be published in your DNS which includes the SPF and DKIM records. Hence there is no need to publish a separate SPF record in your DNS.

Please visit the following link to configure DKIM in your FreshDesk account.
