Hi there


I would like to add an icon to each private note within a ticket. I tried all the different location but wihtout luck. How can this be achived?

That location has not been opened up for apps. Could you let us know the use case for this app? We may be able to suggest a workaround.

I think I posted in the wrong Community.

I created an app for freshdesk and now I try to add an icon with an link/function to each private note.


So instead of "ticket_background" I need something like "ticket_notes" or so.

"ticket_notes" is currently not a location where apps can be added. Could you let me know the use case for this app? We may be able to suggest a workaround.
