When I am logged in to FreshDesk, and for whatever reasons my browser window is closed, I remain logged on in the background, and when trying to log in again I get an error message "You don't have permission to access this portal" (see attachment).

Waiting long enough will solve this automatically, but is there a way to either force a log-out or solve in a different way.

I have now found that if I don't try to log in, but go to our support site, and click on Login there, that I am back in the system without entering login data.

So I am going in Freshdesk, and not Freshworks as usual.

Richard, could you be more specific if you want help? Do you get errors, if so, which?




I key in my ID and password ..it says invalid...so i cant log in...during 1.0 i hv no issue
