Logo Icon - What's the right dimensions?

When I upload my Logo Icon, it is resized. I'd like to know the right dimensions, so the icon can retain the correct proportions.

    Hi Mario

    Any icon that you upload, we will resize it. Ensure that the WIDTH is not too large. The one in our portal is 50X50
