    First,my sincere apologies for leaving this topic unattended for a very long time. Pretty sure that you'd have figured out the answer but I just thought I'd put it up anyway for the benefit of other users.


    You can configure multiple SLA policies in case if you're on the Estate plan and above. Here's a self-help article that'd show some light on the multiple SLA configs.
