We need to have multiple products, but I'd like to use the same e-mail address for all four of them. We're doing this because we'd like a separate portal for each product, but have one mailbox for all support issues. Is this possible?

Hello Joel,
The multi-product setup allows you to specify an unique support email address for every product so that each brand looks like a separate portal in itself. It is not possible to list the same support email address for all product portals in Freshdesk.
