Notes (replies) lose formatting after being submitted

I've noticed that after submitting a reply to a ticket, the note does not retain the same formatting as it did before it was submitted. Any ideas as to why this is happening?

    Hi Bryan

    Is this happening in a specific browser ? Can you send me some screenshots if possible ?

    This seems to be happening in Chrome and IE9. After commas there seems to be a forced carriage return. But if I use carriage returns normally they are removed after submitting a reply/comment. Screenshot is attached.

    Hi Bryan

    We found the problem. We are fixing it by including the same HTML Editor that we have in our Forums and Solutions.

    Kindly bear with us for sometime and sorry for the inconvenience as of now

    Hi Bryan

    Not yet, we are yet to bring this HTML Editor for Tickets. We are also looking at some other modifications for the HTML Editor and hence the delay.

    We will address this soon.
