The notification emails for new tickets are not being sent. This is the second day in a row.

Our service provider had encountered an unexpected outage yesterday but it was resolved in a span of four hours. We are not facing any delays and the email delivery is seamless now.
On checking the email delivery logs, it seems the mails are getting queued up on your mail server. I have emailed you the SMTP logs with respect to the notification mails that are getting queued.
