Need an explanation for the occasional agents and days pass please - 


once the 3 days pass utilized by an agent - will it reset and become available or what exactly happens -

    If you've paid for a full month for an agent, but then no longer need them to be a full-time agent, do remaining days purchased get converted to day passes?
