Very quick question but we have found that when a ticket is 'Pending' it doesn't seem to be added to the dashboard.


Is there any way of getting 'Pending' tickets to be added to the dashboard?

When you mark a ticket as "Pending", it will be counted under the "ON HOLD" section in the dashboard.

Are we able to edit the 'On Hold' title?  I'd like it to display 'In Progress'.

Currently there is no plans to allow more such LABELs, but maybe in the future updates
