I'd like to reclaim a helpdesk name. The email address associated with the helpdesk link is accessible to me, however it is no longer valid for our organization. It was used as part of an evaluation process, however now I'm attempting to set up the helpdesk with our actual support email address.

What is the method of transferring a helpdesk name (the URL [company name].freshdesk.com)?
