Hi ,


Does Freshdesk provide any API endpoint to fetch the email of the requester if i have the requester ids or name or ticket ids etc.

    If you have the contact ID you can directly call the contacts AI - https://developers.freshdesk.com/api/#view_contact. If you have the ticket ID, you will have to call the ticket API first and retrieve the requester ID from there.
