How do I reset the ticket numbers in my account? Created a bunch of test tickets while confirming email was working. Thanks!

    Unfortunately, the reset of ticket ID counter is not feasible at this moment. Sorry about that! We'll look into such requests and see if we can provide this option at a later point of time.
