I'm getting: Scheduled maintenance is under progress at silversd.freshdesk.com but status says everything is up:
I've been using it happily all day. 
Please assist

I have the same problem. When you access my URL (drsaudees.freshdesk.com) the message Scheduled Maintenance is under progress ... appears over 15 hours ago
How long should this take to resolve once we click on the link to reactivate our account?

Our Spam watcher has detected abnormalities in your account and has temporarily suspended it. We have unblocked your account and you should be able to access it with a page refresh :)
