Hello, I need help. 


I need to use the solutions section for CSR's and not allow them to be able to edit the items at all. 


What can I do to make sure that happens? 


Our Solutions section is only available to CSR's and I don't want them to be able to edit articles. 


(I am on Sprout)

Welcome to the Freshdesk Community! Congrats on your first post :D

By default, agents in the helpdesk will have access to edit/create new solution articles. This can be controlled by creating custom roles where you can limit access to different parts of the helpdesk. The ability to create custom roles is available from the Estate plan and I'm afraid this cannot be achieved in your current subscription.
