I have the Sprout plan and have set up different categories of solutions. Unfortunately, the only solution that shows up is "How To." Is this a limitation of the Sprout plan or am I missing something?

Do you have some folders and articles in the other categories? If not then they're automatically hidden on the customer portal



Thanks for the answer. I was waiting to put something in until I could see if I liked the layout and I couldn't get the layout to work until I put something in.  Classic Catch 22.
