Any chance this might be possible? That would prevent aditional loading request for freshdesk's server (which in my case are significant).

As suggested by Vijay, the best possible option would be to design a custom form and use our API to create tickets.

Hi we have an issue with the widget, for some of our sites access to the amazon servers restricted or forbidden, so we get bad page load performance when we use the widget, is it possible to server your js from our own or the customer internal servers ?

I would recommend that you try to use your own form and use our API at the backend to submit the tickets. Since, you will be hosting the form on your own server, it will be much faster
