I noticed another post about the ticket time being wrong 9 months ago. Was this fixed, I have my time zone set to HST but the time on the ticket shows EST.

Ticket time is one of the most critical features we need so this issue either has to be resolved or I have to use something else.



I called and they showed me how to fix it. Apparently even though the main time zone was set right, each individual user was still set to EST so once I set it at my user level it worked.
