 Entering ticket types, I use an ampersand character which displays fine while editing the list. However, when the user is creating a new ticket and they expand the list, the & character is displayed in it's encoded form: &

Thanks for writing this on our community. The user, here refers to the end-customer who uses the portal to create a ticket in your helpdesk. Is this the right assumption to make or are you referring to your agents creating a ticket?

Actually, it's when Agents create a new ticket.


I just tried it as an end user and it displays fine.
