Time off by 3 hours on tickets

I have set admin rebranding to GMY+T pacific time and the time is off

by 3 hours. Please help!

Hi Dan,

Could you please edit the agent profile and see what is the time zone associated to that agent. If it is different, Please change it to match the global timezone and see if it helps.
