I'm evaluating every ticket tracking software I can find.  Freshdesk is definitely leading the charge.  However, I'm also trying Trakdesk and there are some uncanny similarities.  What is the relationship between Freshdesk and Trakdesk?





The CEO of Trakdesk seems to admit here that Freshdesk came first and also implies that there is no similarity and that they "reinvented the wheel".






I started a short imgur album of some of the similar pages but quickly got bored with it.
