I want to post Freshdesk ticket details in my portal using the Freshdesk API.   However, I don't know my portal users FD ID and PW (or API Key).   I want to use the SSO mechanism, where I manage identity in my portal, and pass user information and a hash of login details in the HTTP request to Freshdesk.  




Is this possible?  I don't see it documented. 





Is anyone listening?
