Hello guys, i have an issue here. My ticket is already open for almost 3 days but no one in customer service team reply to my ticket. Do you guys experience the same thing with me?

It's quite irony that they're selling a customer service software but doesn't has any reliable customer service at all.

Not good. The product consultant did call me after i post everywhere about my issue. But after that, the same thing happen again. It's already 2 days since she didn't reply my again. You guys really have some serious service problem here. Please solve this. No need to apologize since there's no changing in your service. As a customer perspective it's just a lip service.
