Viewer's indicator unreliable

The indicator which shows if anyone is in a ticket, or replying to it, is very slow and should ideally be updated in real-time.

    Hi Viktor


    Dev Team is working on improving this module and a permanent fix is in the making. Hopefully it will be out in 1-2 weeks
