We white label our solution (different customers of ours have different branding/skins of our product). Is it possible to utilize multiple freshthemes for the same freshdesk site accessible via different URLs?

In this case, I feel you can make use of the Multiple Product feature and have different portals configured with different themes and customisations.

Though it is very late reaction to the post, the information might help other users as well who might have the same requirement.
It is possible to create separate portal urls and dedicated mailboxes for each product and the portal can be completely branded using the portal customisation option. This option is available from the Estate plan .
