mail coming in spam?

Hi,

our visitors complain that mail coming from freshDesk goes into spam

When they check the DKIM settings they same not to be configured appropriate and FreshDesk is also blacklisted with some anti-spam providers.

Please tell me how i can fix this?

You can configure DKIM under Admin → Email → Advanced settings and you can find the steps here. Configuring DKIM should help in email deliverability and if you are still facing issues, can you share a few email address to whom the mail was sent from Freshdesk that goes into SPAM to support@freshdesk.com so that we can check this further?
