recall a message

if you send a message in Freshdesk and need to recall it as it sent in error can this be done?

Hello @denisejvv13,


If you’re on the Blossom or above plan, you can use the ‘Undo Send’ functionality within 10 seconds of replying on tickets to stop the reply emails from being sent out.  Agents will have to enable this option by clicking on their profile picture icon on the top right corner > Profile settings and then toggle the feature ON.
