I have a problem with my automation rules.

When a ticket is created from FRESHCHAT to FRESHDESK my rules are not being triggered.

When a ticket is created from FRESHDESK itself, the rules are working normally.

Ideally, automation would work if all the conditions set up in the rules match with the tickets. Kindly elaborate more on your usecase and share screenshots of the automation rule and ticket show activities to check this for you.
