When we set a ticket to Resolved, it auto closes in 48 hours. But when it closes, I get pop-ups from my mobile app (Android) telling me the system closed the ticket. How can I stop this?

Hello
In your Freshdesk Mobile App, navigate to Settings-->Ticket Notifications. There, you would be able to manage the push notifications you would like to receive, by turning on/off the listed options. For example, You receive notifications for status updates on your tickets using the option ‘Status update on your tickets’ and this can be toggled off for your requirements. Article for help:
