Hi everyone,

is it possible split business hours

eg
8.30 - 12.30 // 14.00 - 18.00

 

instead of 8.30 - 18.00?

      Freshdesk, at the moment, does not have the option to split business hours within the Set business hours section under Admin > Busines hours. However, can you share your business requirements more in detail to help you with best possible solution? Looking forward to hearing your insights.

      Hi,

      our opening hours are from 8:30 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday.

      It is important for the correct calculation of the SLA that breaks from 12:30 to 14:00 and Saturdays and Sundays are excluded
