How do I turn off or stop the ability to create tickets from people just emailing.

Greetings from Freshworks Community.

 

If the Email is configured as a support mailbox then ticket will be created whenever the mailbox receives the email. To Stop the ticket creation, below are the options

  1. Delete the Support Email that is configured for processing Emails to tickets by using the Delete button
  2. Create an automation rule to directly delete the Ticket on creation from the Source as Email as shown below
