Hi All

I created Automated tasks, however when I Complete the task, the Task Reopens Automatically…. I am using the SandBox environment.  

Check the Ticket Activity tab.

There may be another Workflow that is causing this.


HI Jim, Thanks, I had a look and can't see any other Task that would reopen completed tasks… And I dont think any Ticket Automator would correlate to my workflow…
