In our Freshdesk page, we have a check box field. From the check box field, it is expected that user can send a Freshdesk ticket to Zapier automation. However, this check box is not working.
According to Zapier support team, they already contacted Freshdesk support team 3 weeks ago but it has not been solved and I was recommended to contact Freshdesk support team.

I appreciate if anybody could support with this issue.
