This is an interesting question and a few customers have solved this differently but, before we go ahead, can you confirm if this is something you wanted to do within one of the Freshworks’ products? Thank you for your response. Unfortunately we do not have an option to set a limit for the customer for the number of tickets that can be raised .We will certainly have this passed as a feedback to our team for future enhancement.
