Hi, can I set a limit numer of tickets submitted by a specific customer?

This is an interesting question and a few customers have solved this differently but, before we go ahead, can you confirm if this is something you wanted to do within one of the Freshworks’ products? If so, which one? I’ll move this thread over to the right forum, so we can get more eyes to look at your question!

@felipeha it’s a great question. Is this based on a paid-for support limit or because some people (or bots I guess) are abusing the ability to log tickets? Thanks :)


Yes @manns, my customers have limited support requests, based on paid plans. So, cant find where to setup the number of tickets can a user can submit.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately we do not have an option to set a limit for the customer for the number of tickets that can be raised .We will certainly have this passed as a feedback to our team for future enhancement.
