Forwarded E-Mail to FreshDesk minimized

Hello community,


after the latest update or release our forwarded E-Mails to the FreshDesk system will be attached as minimized within the ticket conversation. When you want to check the forwarded messages you have to click the (...) symbol. Is there an option to change back to the old behavior and forward the whole E-Mail without minimize it.
