I’m kind of confused about how this place works, what the rules are, and what questions we can ask?
I just got confused so I wanted to ask...what are the rules, what questions can we ask and how does this place work? My apologies if that was rude.

As you do not seem to be getting a reply: as far as I am aware you can ask any question related to the product. This "ask the community" section is to ask how others have solved specific problems, or a question how something works. There is also an "Ideas" section, which should be for "change requests", but sometimes also gets populated with questions "how-to".
