Unable to save Ticket sections

Hello everybody,

 

since yesterday everytime I try to save a new section I get the following error:

 

 

It doesn’t matter what name or type I choose

Hi @Virox,

 

Could you kindly check if the section name that you are trying to add is already a section name that’s present for a different field? Since the sections should have unique names, there could be a possibility that this is causing the error and not letting you add new section.
