Hi, we want to pay for the growth plan, but our VAT is shown as “invalid”, why? It is registered and correct number! Help please

If your VAT number shows as “invalid,” please:

  1. Ensure it’s in the correct format with the country code (e.g., "DE" for Germany).
  2. Verify it on the VIES VAT validation site.
