What is Activity API ??How is this different from what's already possible?



Hello @malikmuzammal256, Apologies for the delay in getting back to you on this thread. The activity API allows you and your agents to record activities from an external application or system in Freshdesk's contact timeline. Activities published using this API would show up on the contact timeline giving your agents a complete view of the customer’s journey. The additional details would help you to avoid redundant questions with your customers and provide top-notch customer service.
