What causes the error?

Hi Team,

 

Greetings from Freshworks community. I can see that you are facing an error related to forwarding an email to the recipient. 

The error message is related to the "From" email address not being available while initiating "Threads" forward action and no support email has been verified. We request you to check if the support email is verified by navigating to Admin → Email.
