I’m trialing Freshdesk for our customer support flow, and would like to forward some tickets to it without involving IT and email mapping. Is there an email I can send to?
I’ve been trying to forward a few tickets to newaccount...freshdeskcom...@....freshdesk.com, which is the the default configured freshdesk forwarding address, but there are no new tickets appearing.
What is the current method of testing Freshdesk?
