Hello, is the login credentials different for Freshworks Community and Freshdesk Support? When I’m logged into Freshdesk Support I’m not automatically logged into Freshworks Community, is that expected?

Hi
Yes the Community as of today, has its separate login- you can use a Google/ Linkedin SSO option if you like. So what you’re facing is expected.
