I’m testing Freshworks on a free account, but I got the error that my outgoing emails are blocked. I can’t really test the service if I cant send emails. can you help me?

I’m sure you've already done this, but did you verify your email address? When you create the email there is a verify button which sends an email to that address. You have to click on the link in the email to verify, proves it’s an email address you own.

You might also need to configure DKIM. I’m no expert but I believe that also sort of verifies you own the domain that you are trying to email from.
