I’m currently facing an issue where attachments on certain assets won’t open. Whenever I try to view them, I get an “unknown server error” message and the file never loads.
I already tried refreshing the page, clearing browser cache, and testing on another browser, but the problem still happens.
Has anyone seen this before? Wondering if it could be related to permissions, attachment storage, or a sync issue on the backend. Any suggestions or fixes that worked for you would be appreciated.
