Hi Everyone,

Does anyone currently use Fresh in multi tenant MSP mode currently been waiting nearly 3 weeks for account to be setup with my account manager.

Any experiences in how it was setup for you just frustrated at the moment. 

@John Mit Sorry for your trouble. It shouldn’t take that long. I can check what is causing the delay. Can you please add me (sandeep.talla@freshworks.com) to the email/send one to your account manager and me with the details of what is required?


I’ve used Freshservice in MSP mode for a client setup. The provisioning itself was fairly quick once the account manager initiated it, but the delay was mostly in verification and tenant configuration steps. 

Best approach is to loop in your account manager along with the Freshworks support contact (like Sandeep suggested). Once both are on the same thread, the setup usually moves faster. If you still don’t get an update, you can also raise a ticket directly through the support portal referencing your case ID.
