Heritage Auctions is looking for a Freshworks Administrator to manage and optimize our Freshdesk and Freshcaller platforms.

• Have 3+ years of experience with Freshdesk & Freshcaller?

• Comfortable building automations, IVRs, call queues, and SLAs?

• Skilled in integrations, reporting, and training cross-functional teams?

• Passionate about improving customer experience through smart workflows and AI?

Location: Near DFW Airport (Dallas, TX)
