I can’t seem to find the option to add a second workspace to my FreshService instance. I believe it should show up somewhere on the Switcher menu but I don’t see any options remotely related to Workspaces.

How do you create a new workspace in Freshservice?

when i logged in as admin, i created the worspaces using
after that i could publish them
do you not have this option?
Unfortunately not - it looks like my instance wen live before the release that has this option (December 12 2022). I’ve emailed support to see if I can get this enabled for my environment
